Is it legal to buy from Shaco Store?
Yes. Buying gaming services is legal, and Shaco Store is a registered UK company (MRSHACOSTORE LTD, company number 16607165).
Every service is done by hand by real players, never by bots or illegal sources. Game publishers' rules do restrict account sharing, which is exactly why we run every OSRS order through our security plugin and keep it inside our own gaming house.

What games do you support?
Two games only: Old School RuneScape and League of Legends.
For OSRS we offer boosting, accounts and gold. For League of Legends we offer accounts and items and RP. We only sell what our team plays every day.
Is your OSRS gold safe?
Yes. All our OSRS gold is farmed by hand by real players on high-level accounts, never botted, which keeps the risk as low as possible.
It is delivered by face-to-face trade in game, usually within 5 to 15 minutes.
Are League of Legends gifts and RP top-ups safe?
Yes. Every LoL gift is funded with legitimate Prime RP stock and official in-game top-ups. We never sell cracked, stolen or illegal RP.
For gifted items we only need your Riot ID and region, never your password. We send a friend request, and the gift arrives through Riot's official system within about 7 days.
Can I order from any country?
Yes. Our services are available worldwide, and most digital goods work on every region and server.
What payment methods do you accept?

Account Safety and the Security Plugin
Is boosting safe on Shaco Store?
Yes. Every OSRS boosting order is played by hand by our in-house team in our gaming house, with no cheats, bots or scripts.
On top of that, every OSRS order runs through our security plugin: the booster never sees your password, risky actions are blocked, and everything that happens on your account is reported to you live.
Will the booster see my password or bank PIN?
No. The booster never types, sees or stores your password or bank PIN.
You give your login to us once. It is encrypted, tied to your order only, and the plugin enters it at the login screen for the booster. Your bank PIN is entered by the plugin too. Jagex accounts are supported.
What is the Shaco Store security plugin?
It is monitoring software that every booster must run on their game client for the whole OSRS job. It hides your login, blocks actions that could lose you the account, and reports every notable event to your Discord thread with a screenshot.

Can a booster change my bank PIN or account type?
No. The plugin refuses these clicks before they reach the game: setting, changing or deleting a bank PIN, changing the recovery delay, and anything in the account type screen.
We can also block any other action on your order, such as trading or dropping a specific item. Every blocked attempt is posted to your thread, so it is on record.
Can I see what the booster is doing on my account?
Yes, live. The plugin reports 33 types of events to your Discord thread within seconds, including levels, quests, drops, boss kills, trades, Grand Exchange orders, deaths, logins and bank value.
Most events come with a screenshot taken by the plugin itself at that moment, so the booster cannot choose, crop or hide it.
What happens if a booster turns off the plugin or disconnects?
The account stops being played. If the plugin is switched off, it turns itself back on immediately.
If the connection drops for about four minutes, the plugin sends your account back to the login screen and posts a Connection Lost message to your thread. A booster cannot play your account unwatched.
What report do I get when my order is finished?
A single HTML file posted to your channel with the summary and the full event log: value received, value lost, items traded, bank value at the start and the end, and every boss or activity completed.
The file works offline, forever, so you can keep it as a record.
What happens to my login details after the order?
They are deleted the moment the job ends: password, bank PIN and display name. Nothing is archived.
Screenshots are never stored on our servers, the detailed event log is deleted after 30 days, and your summary and report stay available.
How do you keep ban rates low?
By doing everything by hand. Our approach is built on:
• Real players, with zero bots or automation
• OSRS sessions locked to the country and city you choose
• OSRS orders played on our own machines and network, not rented servers
• Safe delivery methods for gold and items
Is there anything the security plugin cannot do?
Yes, and we would rather you know it now. The plugin is monitoring, not mind control: it cannot stop a booster from dying or making a choice you would not make. What it does ensure is that you find out right away, with a screenshot.

Our Gaming House
Is Shaco Store a marketplace?
No. Shaco Store is an OSRS gaming house: one team under one roof, playing on our own machines, on our own network, under our own rules.
On a marketplace, your order passes through the platform and a seller before an unknown person plays it. With us, it goes from you straight to a booster in our room.
Who will play my account?
For OSRS orders, a booster from our in-house team, working set shifts in our gaming house, not a freelancer who claimed the job online.
Our OSRS team is led by Orton, with Mongi, Barkota and Hentsa covering quests, PvM, raids and end-game content on regular, Ironman and HCIM accounts. You can meet them on our gaming house page.
Is my order ever outsourced or resold?
Never. Your OSRS order does not go to a freelancer pool or a partner site. Every booster signs our rules before their first order, and nobody outside our team logs in to your account.
Can I see where my order is played?
Yes, for OSRS orders. Our gaming house page shows real videos and photos of the room, the machines and the team mid-session. No stock footage.
Loyalty Points, Tiers and the Cash Chest
How does the Shaco Store loyalty program work?
Every completed order earns loyalty points automatically. Points raise your tier, which gives you permanent discounts, and you can spend them on the Cash Chest for store-credit prizes up to $1,000.

How many points do I earn per order?
It depends on the service, per $1 spent:
• Boosting: 1 point
• Accounts: 1 point
• Items: 0.5 points
• Gold: 0.3 points
Points are added automatically when your order is marked completed and fully paid.
What are the loyalty tiers and what do they unlock?
There are 9 tiers, and each one is yours for life once you reach it:
• Rookie (0 points): earn points and open the Cash Chest
• Apprentice (250): 1% off boosting and accounts, 0.5% off items, +1% extra OSRS gold, exclusive Discord role
• Adept (750): 2% off, 1% off items, +2% gold, Adept Discord badge
• Noble (1,500): 3% off, 1.5% off items, +3% gold
• Baron (3,000): 4% off, 2% off items, +4% gold, priority support
• Duke (5,000): 5% off, 2.5% off items, +5% gold
• Sovereign (8,000): 6% off, 3% off items, +6% gold, higher support priority
• Emperor (12,000): 7% off, 3.5% off items, +7% gold, exclusive Emperor badge
• Immortal (15,000): 8% off boosting and accounts, 4% off items, +8% extra OSRS gold, highest support priority, VIP giveaways and events
Do loyalty points expire, and can I lose my tier?
No. Points never expire, and spending them never lowers your tier.
You have two balances: Lifetime Points, which only go up and decide your tier, and Spendable Points, which you use on the Cash Chest. The only thing that can lower your tier is a refund (see below).
What is the Cash Chest?
A reward chest that costs 100 Spendable Points per open, available to every tier, up to 2 times a day. Each open is an independent roll, and cash prizes are paid as wallet credit:
• $1,000 cash prize: 0.1%
• $100 cash prize: 1%
• $25 cash prize: 2%
• $10 cash prize: 8%
• $3 cash prize: 18%
• 5% discount coupon: 70.9%

How do I use my Cash Chest rewards?
Cash prizes are added to your Shaco Store wallet as store credit, not withdrawable money. They never expire and work on any service. Discount coupons are applied at checkout and expire 7 days after you win them.
Chest coupons stack on top of your tier discount. You can find every reward in your profile's rewards history.
What happens to my points if I get a refund?
The points that order earned are removed from both balances (refund amount × the category's points rate).
If your Lifetime Points drop below your tier's threshold, your tier is recalculated. In rare cases your Spendable balance can go below zero, and your next orders clear that first.
Can I transfer points or tiers to another account?
No. Points and tiers belong to the registered account that earned them and cannot be moved between accounts. Only registered accounts earn points, so make sure you are logged in when you order.
